Law Office of Mark J. Markus: TELEPHONE APPOINTMENTS ONLY

Please read the following carefully before scheduling your appointment below.

If for some reason you are unable to use this online scheduler, or cannot find an appointment time that suits your schedule, please e-mail me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

1) FREE CONSULTATIONS are for the first 30 minutes of the initial appointment (I don't charge for going over a few minutes) and only for prospective clients. If your appointment is likely to last longer, I will let you know. If you think you will need significantly more than 30 minutes, please schedule the longer paid appointment. Any fees paid will be applied towards any future fees should you decide to retain me for further services.

2) MINIMUM 4 HOURS' NOTICE: Please DO NOT schedule an appointment with less than 4 business hours notice to me before the appointment time.

3) CONTACT E-MAIL. Be sure to enter an accurate e-mail address below so you receive necessary further instructions on and reminders for your appointment. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation that your appointment has been scheduled, then your appointment was not scheduled and you need to reschedule. (You must click on the "finish" button after you select your date and time to schedule the appointment).
